We all like to think we can make a drink but wouldn’t it be great to get tips off one of the best mixologists in London Just enter The Drunken Monkey into any search engine and look up our reviews, after a couple of minutes you’ll notice that nearly everyone raves about our cocktails.
From classic Mojito’s to our signature drinks like Simian Features, all of these are overseen by our Managers Cristian Cuevas and Chris Goulbourne, and because of a chance conversation and a little push we have decided to let him loose and shine his Magic Drunken Monkey Mixology on the public.
We have been asked a couple of times if we could do cocktail masterclasses for groups and because of their success have decided to make this a regular event at the Monkey.
- There will be a brief overview of the equipment and what it is used for.
- you will be guided through methodology, construction & history of 2 classics and then be given the chance to get behind the bar and make it yourselves
- There will be a 15 minute break for some snacks
- You will then be taken through 2 more classic cocktails
- And finally you will have the chance to construct and name you’re own cocktail
- You are now invited upstairs to have a cocktail from our list at the main Bar
- An optional set meal is also available.
- The best cocktail will feature it for an evening in the main bar upstairs and our monthly newsletter.
